TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DIRECT SELLER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE ADVERTISE YOUR CAR FOR BIDDING

• No obligations to accept final bid price. Seller can decide whether want to sell the vehicle or not after bidding period end.
• The bidding process is upon K2U’s approval.
• Bidding period is 5 days and subjected to approval and agreement between K2U and Direct Seller. Once bidding period is end K2U will email to the Seller contact number of 3 highest bidders via email  within 24 hours.Seller can contact them if  agree to sell the car and also make and arrangement.
• It is recommendable for Seller to begin the bid at reasonable price (Tips: You may use the market price as guideline or Email us for advice).
• If the car is not sold within bidding period, seller may use Post An Ad as second option and we will advertise the car for another 60 days.
• Category can be seen at each bid car. Its labeled as "Posted by K2U" or by " Direct Seller( name of the seller)". Terms and Condition is different for both category.
• Once Bidding is started, no reversal of bidding duration and/or price are allowed.
• The closed bid price (highest bid) shall be the end sell price, unless agreed otherwise between Seller & Bidder.
• The Bidding will be closed based on stated expiration date & time.
• Any reported complaints to K2U or misuse of service or account may result to suspension  or blacklisting of account.

Optional or Alternative to Bidding

Should Seller have certain expectation on the sell price of his/her car, kindly use the "Buy Now Price" or “Post an Ad” option instead. This option allows Seller to give his/her expected sell price. However this does not guarantee the sell effectiveness. All transactions are subjected to agreement between Seller & Buyer.

Terms & Conditions for Direct Seller

• K2U is not responsible for any cancellation of transactions between Seller and Bidder as K2U only provides the platform for the Sellers to advertise their cars and for Bidders to choose the car they are interested to bid and buy.
• If bidder wrongly place a bid, seller can contact K2U for correction.
• Seller assumes all responsibilities for their car advertised.
• Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing.
• Advertised car cannot be withdrawn once bidding started.
• Cancellation of sale after the bidding period ends if reported without any good reason, may result to suspension  or blacklisting of account.
• Any complaints from Bidders against Seller will be filed.

Seller also can via report via emaill to K2U for any complaints on bidders. Upon verification, if necessary, bidders will be blacklisted.

Viewing Availability

Seller is to make available of the advertised car for viewing purpose during bidding period. The arrangement for viewing session (date, time & venue) shall be done by Seller & Bidder themselves. K2U does neither responsible nor involved in any arrangement, discussion or agreement between Seller & Bidder.

Arrangement for Payment

We do not control how Sellers want to accept their payment. As a Seller, you should decide the method of payment or upon agreement with Bidder/Buyer.

Standard payment method used

1. Cash payment/ bankers cheque
2. Payment transfer to Seller's bank account
3. Bank Loan

Seller and Buyer assume all responsibilities on payment method used. K2U will not be responsible for any disputes on payment between Seller and Buyer. K2U only provides the platform for the Sellers to advertise their cars and for Buyers to choose the car they are interested to buy.

Handover of Vehicle & Documents

Warranty Information

This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, where is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The Seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the Buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Buyer and Seller are to make own arrangement on handover date and venue. This could be either self pickup or door-to-door delivery or any other method agreed between Buyer and Seller. Kindly ensure to receive all related documents on vehicles and transaction.

K2U will not be responsible for any mishandling of transaction and handover between Seller and Buyer. K2U only provides the platform for the Sellers to advertise their cars and for Buyers to choose the car they are interested to buy.
